Look what we can do!

AAC Device Evaluation & Acquisition

For children and adults who have difficulty communicating with speech and may benefit from an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device. Our team evaluates communication needs, recommends the most appropriate device, completes funding documentation, and guides families through the insurance acquisition process. We also provide training and ongoing support after a device is obtained.

$230 for initial evaluation, $75 for all follow up trial and treatment appointments. An additional consult & documentation fee of $95 may apply to the first appointment if our therapist will be initiating the process for you to obtain a new high-tech AAC device. Even though we can not bill your insurance for our evaluation and consult fee, we can still help you utilize your insurance to pay for the device itself.

I was very happy that I found someone that made my son feel so comfortable, and helped me with strategies to improve his speech development even after he graduated from therapy. So happy that I didn’t hesitate to seek help.
